Here at ZoeHeat, we are committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of your personal data. This privacy policy explains how your data is collected, used, transferred and disclosed by ZoeHeat. It applies to data collected when you use our websites, when you interact with us through social media, email, or phone, or when you participate in our competitions or events.

 

RETURN POLICY 

With ZoeyHeat you can return an order to us within 30 days for a full refund. If your order has already been sent when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. All returned items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

You may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for a refund, alternative items, an exchange or an ZoeyHeat credit voucher. Return your items within 100 days (unopened and unused) and we can offer you an exchange, replacement or an ZoeHeat credit voucher.

Unless the returned items are defective, you have to send them back to us at your own expense and you we will only issue a full refund if the items (including packaging and accessories) have not been significantly damaged.
